Terms of Service

Brokerfolio (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) is a hosted service that lets real estate agents publish a verified public profile — a “scoreboard” — at a personal link. These Terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content and self-reported information

• You choose what to publish (name, agency, license number, years active, deals closed, total value, listings, narrative, contact links, and more).
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish, especially self-reported figures such as deals closed and total value. You represent that this information is true and not misleading.
• Verified badges indicate only that a specific item (such as a license number) has been confirmed. They are not a verification or guarantee of your self-reported figures.
• You must hold any license you display and comply with RERA and other applicable real estate regulations. You must not publish unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• The Service is offered on a recurring subscription of AED 149 per month (plus any applicable taxes). Pricing may change with prior notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your page stays live until then.
• If a payment fails, your page may be unpublished until the payment is resolved.
• Refunds: first-time subscribers may request a full refund of their first payment within 30 days of first subscribing, by contacting hello@brokerfolio.me.

4. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent or misleading profiles.

5. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total liability to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
