Referral Program Terms

Refer & Earn rewards Brokerfolio subscribers for inviting other agents. These terms are part of our Terms of Service and govern the program.

1. Who can refer

Agents with an active Brokerfolio subscription. Your personal referral link and QR code are in your dashboard under Refer & Earn.

2. What counts as a qualifying referral

• A new agent signs up through your referral link or QR code and then completes their first subscription payment.
• Attribution comes from your referral link (it stays attached for 90 days after the click). If someone signs up without your link, the referral cannot be counted afterwards.
• Your subscription must be active at the moment the referred agent makes their first payment.
• Referring yourself — including through a second account — does not qualify.

3. The reward

• AED 200 of account credit for each qualifying referral, applied automatically against your next subscription invoice — on the monthly plan that is a free month; on the annual plan it comes off your next renewal.
• Credits stack: every qualifying referral adds another AED 200, with no per-cycle limit.
• A credit is granted 31 days after the referred agent's first payment — mirroring the 30-day money-back guarantee. If that payment is refunded under the guarantee, or turns out to be fraudulent, the credit is not granted (or is reversed).
• Credits are a subscription discount only — no cash value, no transfer, no payout. If your subscription ends, unused credit stays on your account and applies if you subscribe again.

4. Sharing honestly

Share your link personally and truthfully. Bulk unsolicited messaging, misleading claims (for example, describing Brokerfolio as approved by or affiliated with any regulator), or misrepresenting the price are grounds for removal from the program and reversal of rewards.

5. Changes to the program

We may change, pause, or end the program for future referrals at any time — for example, replacing the discount with account credit. Rewards already earned under these terms will be honored as described here or replaced with something of at least equal value.
